Deliveries are made by colissimo tracking (without signature but with a tracking number), colissimo expert (registered against signature), Chronopost (express against signature), or DHL Express (International only) at the buyer's choice.
The seller cannot be held liable in the event of incorrect wording of the delivery or billing address, these being entered by the Buyer at the time of registration. If an address turns out to be false or incomplete, the package will be returned by the delivery company to the seller. The buyer will be offered a new shipment (after correction of the address wording) at their expense. In the event that the buyer refuses a new shipment, a refund will be made, less delivery costs.
No dispute relating to the delivery itself is possible if the package appears to have been "delivered", the computer system (flashing) of the Post Office or Chronopost being taken as proof. This situation can occur exceptionally when the shipping choice is "colissimo". Given the low additional cost involved, the “colissimo expert” mode is therefore recommended.
If the Buyer notices an anomaly in the package (open or damaged package), he must not open it and return it to the post office within five days. Have a “report of spoliation” established. Opening the package cancels any possibility of recourse to the post office.
The buyer must report the problem encountered to the seller by email.
If the Buyer notices an anomaly in the contents of the package (missing product, damaged product, etc.), the Buyer or the recipient of the ordered products must report this anomaly to the seller by email. Any reservations regarding the delivery of a product must be brought to the seller 's attention by email, fax or registered mail within three (3) days.
In all cases, possible delays in the delivery of the package do not give the buyer the right to claim damages.
Upon receipt of the Products ordered, the Buyer must check the conformity of these Products. Any anomaly concerning delivery (missing or broken product, damaged package, etc.) must be reported by the Buyer by email to customer service or by telephone as soon as possible. Any complaint made after a period of 14 days will be rejected by the seller.
The seller is released from his obligation to deliver in the event of force majeure (war, riot, fire, strikes, etc.)
